About the event
An ordinary trip to Costco about fifteen years ago forever changed Shannon Winslow’s life when she picked up her first copy of the ’95 miniseries of "Pride and Prejudice." She’s been hopelessly hooked on all things Jane Austen ever since, her obsession ultimately inspiring her to embark on a writing career. Remaining true to the original novels, Winslow expands on what Austen gave us, filling in blanks in the record with prequel, sequel, and supplemental views.
What was Mr. Darcy doing all the time he’s absent from the page? What happened to Colonel Brandon in India? How did our favorite couples fare after the wedding? Winslow delivers these answers and more in her well-crafted novels.
