
2025 Puyallup (Book) Fair Application
Bundok Books LLC will be hosting the 2025 Puyallup (Book) Fair on Saturday September 27th 2025 from Noon-7pm.

Details:

Vendor setup begins at 10am but you may arrive later. Your booth must be up and running by Noon. Take down starts at 7pm and we must be out by 8pm.

No tables or power will be provided.

Wifi is available but may be unreliable, if your POS system requires internet connection, come with a backup plan in mind.

Location: First Christian Church (FCC) of Puyallup, 623 9th Ave SW, Puyallup, WA 98371. This event is not sponsored or affiliated with FCC. Bundok Books LLC is leasing the space for the event.

Tabling Fee: Pricing for a 6ft. x 6ft. space will be $60. Prior vendors with Bundok Books LLC may be offered a discounted rate. Invoices will be sent to you via email and must be paid to confirm your spot. We expect to have 24-35 vendors on site. Most vendors will be in the main sanctuary of the church. Food Trucks may setup in the parking lot outside of the main building.

Showcase Application
****Tabling Applications will not be accepted for the foreseeable future as we are booked until about January 2026. We will be revising our application form and look for alternative dates so we can get more vendors into the store in the fall of 2025. Bundok Books wants to give back to the creatives of our community. If you are a local author, artist or craftsperson who wants to share their creations, this is your venue. This is a free service provided with no tabling fee or collect a percentage of sales. This is 100% your opportunity to sell to the general public and get the good word out about your creative venture.
When?

-Offered every Saturday from 11:30-1:30pm
-Applicants will be placed on a rotation if multiple requests are made. Typically we will only approve up to two requests per season.
Requirements:

-A 6' table and chair will be provided unless you wish to bring in your own table/chair. We do have a battery power supply available if requested in advance. There are no outlets available in this section of the store.
-Arrive no less than 15 minutes before your start time for efficient setup.
-Be responsible for your sales and sales tax.
-No food sales or items that may harm a customer. If your item causes allergic reactions please provide a disclaimer or warning about the product. For example an essential oil/balm product that may cause an allergic reaction.
-Items sold must not convey messages of discrimination against a specific culture, group, sex or ideology.
-Please be respectful of all social values and identity presentations of our customers. This is a safe space for all points of view. Vendors who violate this will be asked to leave by our staff. If a customer is harassing you, please inform our staff and we will handle the situation.
-You are responsible for promoting your event. Bundok Books LLC will add your tabling event to the event page of it's website.
When approved, please provide a 16:9 photo of your choice for the calendar and any promotional posters you may want us to post in store. Bundok Books LLC may promote your tabling event on Social Media.
-Bundok Books LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate a scheduled or active tabling event.
