Showcase Application

​Bundok Books wants to give back to the creatives of our community. If you are a local author, artist or craftsperson who wants to share their creations, this is your venue. This is a free service provided with no tabling fee or collect a percentage of sales. This is 100% your opportunity to sell to the general public and get the good word out about your creative venture.
When?
​
-Offered every Saturday from 11:30-1:30pm
-Applicants will be placed on a rotation if multiple requests are made. Typically we will only approve up to two requests from the same person per season.
Requirements:
​
-A 6' table and chair will be provided unless you wish to bring in your own table/chair. We do have a battery power supply available if requested in advance. There are no outlets available in this section of the store.
-Arrive no less than 15 minutes before your start time for efficient setup.
-Be responsible for your sales transactions and sales tax.
-No food sales or items that may harm a customer. If your item causes allergic reactions please provide a disclaimer or warning about the product. For example if a balm may cause an allergic reaction.
-Items sold must not convey messages of discrimination against a specific culture, group, sex or ideology.
-Please be respectful of all social values and identity presentations of our customers. This is a safe space for all points of view. Vendors who violate this will be asked to leave by our staff. If a customer is harassing you, please inform our staff and we will handle the situation.
-You are responsible for promoting your event. Bundok Books LLC will add your tabling event to the event page of its website. If desired we can share a PDF version of the store flyer for you to print and post or share on social media.
When approved, please provide a 16:9 photo of your choice for the calendar and any promotional posters you may want us to post in store. Bundok Books LLC may promote your tabling event on Social Media.
-Bundok Books LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate a scheduled or active tabling event.

Bundok Books is hosting another book fair! Application deadline is March 11th.
Who:
All bookish Authors, vendors, creatives and food sellers.

What:
-6x6 Indoor Squares, doubling up with a second vendor is A-ok! Split the cost, have more fun!
-10X10 Outdoor spots

Where:
The location will be the same as our fall 2025 location, First Christian Church 623 9th Ave SW, Puyallup, WA 98371​
​
When:
Saturday, March 28th. Setup is at 10am until Noon. Event starts at Noon and runs until 6pm. Take down 6pm-7pm
​
Equipment:
Bring your own table and power source. Indoor chairs are provided. If you are vending outside, please provide everything you need (tent, table, chairs etc.)

Pricing:
Pricing has not yet been determined but it is expected to be between the $50 and $70 range. Vendors who have previously showcased in store with Bundok Books will receive a discounted rate.

Food Vendors:
We encourage you to apply! We will be asking for business information and permits related to event food sales when needed.

As of writing this on 2/16/26 this is the most information we have on the event. We plan to roll out some program and marketing information soon that will include themes, customer participation and of course our book swap and ongoing support for FCC's Transparent Closet.
