She needs to get her mind off her ex, and what better way to do that than going on a tropical vacation with your besties. It was going so well until she randomly spots her ex at the same resort, and he is kissing his coworker that he always claimed was “just a friend.” Stepping out of her comfort zone, she seeks an attractive stranger to get her mind off her ex.

Enter Jax. The easy going, adventure junkie who just so happens to be at the right place at the right time. He is at the all-inclusive resort for his sister’s wedding. He is extending his trip to enjoy some well-deserved time off from the beachside surf shop he owns with his brother. After spotting Maya, he is determined to introduce himself. However, the introduction doesn’t go as expected, and turns out to be the best two weeks of his life.
