Visually-impaired writer and father of two teenagers. Awaiting both a new Guide Dog and a kidney transplant, and telling speculative fiction horror stories in the meantime. You'd think the medical issues would be the main inspiration for my horror tales, but no, it's mostly the teenagers.

The fourteen stories in Holes In The Somewhere revolve around grief and loss: the loss of loved ones, innocence, and hope. The endings are often inconclusive, but I like to think that the main characters find a new, changed hope within themselves. It's usually a desperate hope...but all the best hopes are born of desperation.

Hello, I'm Hannah McNamara and I am a published author, a mom, and a former zookeeper! I love writing and have since I was little, so I am ecstatic that it's turned into a career for me. Erica Sage is the author of YA novels Dead Things, published by Evernight Teen, and Jacked Up, published by Skyhorse Publishing.
